If you hit up to 1-5 closed jobs per week, you'll earn 10% commission!
If you hit 6-10 closed jobs per week, you'll earn 15% commission!
If you hit 11-15 closed jobs per week, you'll earn 20% commission!
This is designed to motivate you to keep pushing and reward you as you reach new levels.
2. Bonuses for Meeting Targets
We’ll also be offering bonuses for hitting specific sales or performance targets. If you hit your target, you’ll earn an extra bonus — think of it as a "thank you" for your hard work.
Individual Bonuses Goals:
If you reach 20 closed jobs in a month, you'll recieve a $500 bonus!
If If you reach 40 closed jobs in a month, you'll recieve a $1,000 bonus!
3. Spot Rewards for Outstanding Performance
In addition to the regular commissions and bonuses, We'll be giving out spot rewards for outstanding performance — things like closing a big deal or going above and beyond. These will be surprise rewards, so you never know when your next reward might be coming, but trust me, they’ll be worth it! It could be anything from a gift card to an experience, like a weekend getaway. Just a little something extra to say "Great job!"
4. Profit-Sharing
When the company wins, we all win. That’s why we’re implementing a profit-sharing plan. If we hit our overall business goals, you’ll get a share of the profits. It's a way to say thank you for contributing to the company's success and for helping us grow together.
For example, if we hit our quarterly sales target, you could receive 2% of the net profit for that quarter.
5. Leaderboards and Recognition

Sometimes, success is a team effort. That’s why we’ll be offering team-based bonuses. If the team as a whole hits a target, everyone benefits. It’s a way to encourage collaboration and make sure that we’re all working toward the same goals.
Team Bonus Goals:
If the team hits 100 closed jobs in a month, each member will recieve $100 bonus

We know how hard you all work, so we’ll be recognizing milestones and long-term achievements as well. Hitting key milestones like 6 months or 1 year with the company, or achieving long-term sales goals, will come with special rewards — whether that’s a bonus, a commission raise, or a special experience. We want to make sure we celebrate your long-term success, not just short-term wins.
9. Gamification and Fun Rewards
Work doesn’t always have to feel like work. We’ll be introducing a gamified element to our incentive program. Think of it as turning your daily tasks into a fun challenge. You’ll earn points for completing goals, and those points can be redeemed for cool prizes, like tech gadgets, vacations, or even extra time off.
10. Customer Retention Rewards
And finally, we know that keeping clients happy is just as important as closing the deal. For anyone who focuses on customer retention, we’ll be rewarding you for every customer you keep around long-term. The longer a customer stays, the more you earn.
For example, you might earn an additional 5% commission for keeping a client for over 6 months.
